Good for the environment, you and your food
Reduce waste and your environmental impact with beeswax wraps. They are reusable and act as a replacement for single use plastic food wrap that goes to landfill.
Use the warmth from your hands to soften and shape the wrap around food or bowls. Once it is refrigerated it will hold its shape and contents and keep your food fresh. Wipe or rinse clean with cold water after use. With care and maintenance they will last 8 - 10 months.
Single-use plastic food wrap also contains vinyl/poly vinyl chloride (V/PVC). These are made of substances (dioxins) that are known carcinogens and can also cause reproductive problems and developmental issues. Reduce chemical exposure by using beeswax wraps on your food.
Made in Sunbury, Australia.
A choice of sizes
Our wraps are available in two different triple sets. The Worker Bee Set contains one small wrap (20 x 20cm) and two medium wraps (28 x 28cm). The Queen Bee Set contains one small (20 x 20 cm), one medium (28 x 28 cm) and one large wrap (34 x 34 cm).
We also sell wraps in singles of the medium and small sizes.
Some suggestions for the use of our sizes include:
Small wraps (20 x 20 cm) are good for wrapping half an avocado, a few snacks in a lunchbox, half a piece of fruit or a small piece of cheese.
Medium wraps (28 x 28cm) are perfect for wrapping a sandwich, a muffin, larger snacks, bunches of herbs, blocks of cheese and for sealing over bowls.
Large wraps (34 x 34cm) are useful for wrapping larger sized bowls and bigger vegetables.

Sourcing the wax ingredients and making up the mix is a time consuming and messy process. We have taken the hassle away for you, providing you with blocks of our ready made wax mix and fabrics if required.
We run regular workshops teaching people the skills of making beeswax wraps. These are held in public spaces but also can be organised for community and school groups. Find out more about our workshops here.

What can I say?! Beeswax wraps from The Grove 3429 speak for themselves. Fantastic product, they work, they are effective, convenient, simple to use and they help the environment! I use them instead of plastic wraps for sandwiches, nuts, fruit/veg, cheese, to cover food prior to guests arriving and to cover leftovers. A great alternative when wrapping flowers for a gift, or even wrapping a gift! The wraps come in convenient sizes, are simple to use and the instructions to maintain the wraps is easy to follow. Petra’s communication is amazing, delivery is quick and she is only too happy to assist with customising/individual needs. I’m a very happy customer.
Petra’s Beeswax Wrap workshop for the Whitefrairs College staff PD was excellent. We were looking for an engaging, practical and fun exercise to improve our sustainable practices at the college. Petra was highly organised and provided the group with gorgeous fabrics, instructions and inspiring stories. Staff completed the session feeling positive about embracing sustainable practices, while taking home 2 wraps. I highly recommend this workshop to any adult and student group who are wanting to learn ways to look after the environment in an easy and practical way while having a great time.
I absolutely love and adore my beeswax wraps! What a simple way to make environmentally conscious choices for the health of our planet. Thank you The Grove 3429 - not only do the wraps brighten my day but they smell delightful and it has never been so easy to keep my half-cut fruit and veggies crisp and fresh! I'm not sure how my avocados ever survived without them! Big fan!
