DIY & Workshops
If you like DIY projects and are considering making your own beeswax wraps at home we have the materials available for you.
Sourcing the wax ingredients and making up the mix is a time consuming and messy process. We have taken the hassle away for you, providing you with blocks of our ready made wax mix and fabrics if required.
We run regular workshops teaching people the skills of making beeswax wraps. These are held in public spaces but also can be organised for community and school groups.
Schools
Is your school on a sustainability journey? Being a teacher myself, I understand the need for support in implementing new programs and ideas. The Grove 3429 caters for schools in a variety of ways.

Good for the environment, you and your food
Reduce waste and your environmental impact with beeswax wraps. They are reusable and act as a replacement for single use plastic food wrap that goes to landfill.
Use the warmth from your hands to soften and shape the wrap around food or bowls. Once it is refrigerated it will hold its shape and contents and keep your food fresh. Wipe or rinse clean with cold water after use. With care and maintenance they will last 8 - 10 months.
Single-use plastic food wrap also contains vinyl/poly vinyl chloride (V/PVC). These are made of substances (dioxins) that are known carcinogens and can also cause reproductive problems and developmental issues. Reduce chemical exposure by using beeswax wraps on your food.
Made in Sunbury, Australia.
A choice of sizes
Our wraps are available in two different triple sets. The Worker Bee Set contains one small wrap (20 x 20cm) and two medium wraps (28 x 28cm). The Queen Bee Set contains one small (20 x 20 cm), one medium (28 x 28 cm) and one large wrap (34 x 34 cm).
We also sell wraps in singles of the medium and small sizes.
Some suggestions for the use of our sizes include:
Small wraps (20 x 20 cm) are good for wrapping half an avocado, a few snacks in a lunchbox, half a piece of fruit or a small piece of cheese.
Medium wraps (28 x 28cm) are perfect for wrapping a sandwich, a muffin, larger snacks, bunches of herbs, blocks of cheese and for sealing over bowls.
Large wraps (34 x 34cm) are useful for wrapping larger sized bowls and bigger vegetables.
